What does BYOK mean?
Bring Your Own Keys. You connect your own SMTP provider (Postmark, Resend, Mailgun, or any standard SMTP). This means your emails come from your own domain with your own sender reputation — Falcon just orchestrates.
How do I top up my credit balance?
From the Billing page you can add credits in blocks ($10, $25, $50, $100, $500). You can also enable auto-reload — Falcon will top up automatically when your balance drops below a threshold you set.
Is there a limit on contacts or campaigns?
No. You can have unlimited contacts, create unlimited campaigns, and use all features without hitting any hard caps. The only limit is your credit balance.
What happens if my balance runs out mid-campaign?
Active campaigns are automatically paused and you get an email warning before you hit zero. Add credits and resume any time — no data is lost.
Can I try it without a credit card?
Yes. You get $5 in free credits when you sign up — no credit card required. That's enough to send a real campaign to a real list.
