3. How We Use Your Information

4. Your Contacts' Data

To use email sending, WhatsApp, or ad platform features, you connect your own third-party accounts. We store these credentials encrypted (AES-256) at rest. We access them only to perform the functions you request (sending emails, processing messages). We do not share these credentials with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the connected service.
6. Information Sharing
We may share your information with: • Service providers: hosting (VPS infrastructure), email delivery, Redis/database services — only as necessary to operate the Service, under confidentiality obligations. • Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government authority. • Business transfers: if we merge with or are acquired by another company, your data may transfer to the successor entity with appropriate notice. • Protection of rights: to enforce our Terms, investigate fraud, or protect the rights and safety of our users. We do not share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain data for up to 90 days before deletion, except where we are required by law to retain it longer. Contact data you've collected is deleted within 90 days of account closure unless you request earlier deletion. Backups may retain data for up to 30 additional days after the primary deletion.

We implement industry-standard security measures including: AES-256 encryption for sensitive credentials at rest, TLS/HTTPS for all data in transit, hashed passwords (bcrypt), API key hashing (SHA-256), and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and enable team-level access controls within the platform.
